An insurance company in the United Kingdom conducted a poll and found that nearly 26 percent of 25 – 35-year-olds use social media to let others know their whereabouts. Unfortunately, this information is getting into the wrong hands and burglars are taking advantage. That’s why the insurance companies may begin to increase premiums as you may now pose as a higher risk or liability.
So next time you tweet or post your whereabouts, you may want to reconsider.
